Hotel Auris & Banquets, Mumbai International Airport

Everything was fantastic! Great location, clean rooms which were well serviced daily. The little amenities in the room like coffees, teas, dental kits, soaps and shaving kits (yes, that too!!!) is nothing short of amazing. They thought of everything, including replenishing bottled water on a daily basis! Absolutely pleasant, helpful staff with the right attitudes towards excellent customer service in all areas of the hotel. This is driven by an amazing leadership team of Glen and Imraan. Well done guys, thank you, it was awesome!! Easy access to Colaba and Mumbai central with taxis, or tuk tuk vans for local rides within Andheri.

Well appointed, modern and clean Hotel with a very attentive staff who engage with their clients. Imran, Prabhat, Sajid and Paramjeet (along with others) were are all keen to help and support their guests. The staff were overseen by Mr Glen the general manager who kept a keen eye on the guests and was proactive in ensuring that guest's needs were met. The rooms were spacious enough and house staff ensured you always had everything you required (water, towels etc). The breakfast and restaurant were good providing a range of affordable and tasty local dishes.

What not to like about the Hotel. It was clean, comfortable and modern. Location was great because we were catching our next flight out from the airport. The Reception staff were good and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good with traditional food on offer as well as buffet continental items. They also had a convenience of an on-site restaurant.

The hotel is really good and clean, is next to international airport and the staff was really nice and attentive to us. The facilities are great and even though there’s a construction going on they didn’t bother us at all. I recommend this place for a couple days in Mumbai.
